Doesn’t always stick and is hard

When I ordered it I wasn’t aware that you would need transfer tape to put it on. After ironing it on shirts per the directions I washed the shirts before wearing them the corner of the vinyl started to life and the htv is hard. I wouldn’t have place such a big order if I knew all this :/
